WHAT: Alma’s exclusive SHR™ technology gradually heats the dermis to a temperature that effectively disables hair follicles, while the ICE Plus sapphire cooling tip keeps the skin comfortable throughout. Treatments are booked by time block, not body part — meaning we customise your session based on what we can safely treat in the time you’ve reserved. Expect a virtually pain-free experience and results that actually stick.
WHO FOR: Everyone. All Fitzpatrick skin types - including tanned and fake-tanned skin - are suitable for treatment. We can also treat most hair colours, including blonde and red, though grey and white hair may not respond due to lack of pigment. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

TREATMENT DETAILS:
Alma Soprano Titanium SHR laser system treats all skin types (including fake-tanned skin) using triple-wavelength and ICE+ technology for safe, pain-free hair removal. We book by time, not body part.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT:
Areas must be shaved within 24 hours prior. We cannot treat unshaved areas and will still charge for time booked. Avoid waxing, tweezing, or depilatory creams for 6 weeks prior. Skip retinoids and acids for 5–7 days on the areas being treated.
POST-TREATMENT:
Mild redness or warmth may occur and should subside within a few hours. Avoid heat, direct sun exposure, and exfoliation for 48 hours. Keep skin hydrated, wear SPF on exposed areas, and avoid waxing or tweezing between sessions to maintain results.
