The Founders.
Meet the Founders — Chloe Cumming & Tiernan Watson
HOT TEC is led by Chloe and Tiernan — two women who saw the gap between chain-clinic chaos and boutique-clinic overwhelm, and built something smarter. Chloe brings the strategy, operations and Type A energy; Tiernan is our Clinical Director, protocol mastermind and the reason our results (and training standards) are so consistently high.
Together, they share a vision for skin health that’s science-backed, tech-forward and actually enjoyable. No fluff. No gimmicks. Just good energy, honest care, and treatments that genuinely work.
The duo may be opposites on paper, but they speak the exact same language when it comes to experience, service and brand — and they’ve built a team that reflects that. Clinically, HOT.
